It was a fast paced day on November 13th at the 12th annual “Making It In Michigan” conference and tradeshow. One-Community Food’s MISEA Coffee launched with its inaugural Clear Mind blend – a specialty coffee from Da Lat, Vietnam. Buyers, roasters and distributors visited booth 537 and new connections were made all around. This tradeshow is Michigan’s premier food conference and a wonderful space where national buyers, state economic developers, inventors, foodies, farmers, chefs and entrepreneurs come together creating the perfect storm of value chains for economic growth. We can’t share what’s percolating just yet – but will say MISEA is on track for Malaysian Kopi-O and Sumatran blends in the summer of 2020.
